MISCHA BARTON LOOKS LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED

Producer Ashton Kutcher must have been relieved when Mischa Barton reported for work this week on his CW show “This Beautiful Life” in New York. Mischa stars in the series which features a group of young models living together in New York. It was touch and go for awhile when Mischa was hospitalized under psychiatric observation. Her friends wondered is Mischa could pull herself together fast enough for this work opportunity, but apparently she did. She was photographed smoking a cigarette in Soho and looks much improved.

   There are so many phonies in hollywood (producers, business agents, personal assistants) it’s a wonder there aren’t more people in the industry with substance abuse problems.

   There is still something wrong with Mischa, a big part of it is most probably mental. But with the physical, it is of course the smoking, you dumb twit.

   One wonders what was REALLY wrong with her. Most likely drugs and failed relationships, and the ever-present booze and smoking. She still looks weak and sick; she should have been kept for observation longer, or she will drop back into that same pattern again.

   As If – i agree with you. I think perhaps its too soon for her to go back to work. She is obviously vunerable.
