Now HERE’S a surprising and fun couple! According to Us Magazine, bawdy but cute comic Sarah Silverman and British Michael Sheen, who plays the most uptight character on TV, are a hot little item. Sheen stars in “Masters of Sex” as the repressed but curious William Masters. Sarah, who likes nothing better than cracking sex jokes, was his date at Michael’s 45th birthday party at Soho House.She helped Sheen carry his gifts out to the car, while making a few wisecracks, we’re certain. Sarah’s last major boyfriend was another comic, Jimmy Kimmel, and Sheen’s last relationship was with Rachel McAdams. We’re guessing Sarah keeps Michael in stitches…

Why is it so many of the female comics are obnoxious and just not funny? Sarah Silverman, Margaret Cho, Joan Rivers, Kathy Griffin, Chelsea Handler. If I hear them start to speak I shut off the TV.

Agree Palermo, but, most of the male comics aren’t funny either. I do agree that the vast majority of female comics who have “made it” in Hollywood, are a certain type, because they are drones, easily controlled and are catty to other women and espouse a basically male view of women and the world. Phyllis Diller, Carol Burnett, and Roseanne are a few rare exceptions.
