Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger just got back from a sexy romantic vacation in Hawaii and they are still going strong. What they have in common is fame and a love of partying, and that seems to be enough for the happy pair. Miley and Patrick both like to work out in the gym and they hooked up for lunch at Hugo’s vegetarian – oriented restaurant in Sherman Oaks.

Worrisome to think these two have a lot in common.. but then again.. Maria was a hand’s off mom, into promoting herself.. and not such a good person.. on obeying the law, behaving in considerate and nurturing manner while she was the governor’s wife..
