Another reason why Mischa Barton, 26, is choosing to live in Europe: She’s got a new boyfriend. He’s up and coming London actor Sebastian Knapp, 28, and if you blinked you missed him in “28 Days Later” but he’s done lots of work since then. Mischa was partying way too much when she lived in Los Angeles and she had an abundance of boyfriend problems. Now she has her clothing business in London and looks to have pulled her life together in a good way.

Mischa still parties. It’s that the paparazzi aren’t that interested in her anymore unless she calls them. Her photos don’t go for much.
