Katherine Jackson’s greedy lawyers are trying to drain every dollar they can out of the Jackson family – and that’s a LOT of dollars. The judge just rejected her request for a new trial in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit against AEG that she LOST in October. Of course, THAT cost a bundle in lawyer fees. Now she’s taking it to the California Court of Appeal. She’s determined to blame someone else for Michael’s death and her lawyers couldn’t be happier.

But a good place to start looking for an accessory before the fact might be John Branca–the lawyer MJ re-hired not long before his death. The will Branca submitted is an obvious forgery–he misspelled the names of two of Jackson’s children(!), and it was “signed” in NYC on a day when Jackson was known to be in LA.
Naturally, Branca is named Executor, and is now hugely wealthy as a result of the enormous sales of all things MJ-related.
After Katherine dies, the family (excepting the three kids) will be effectively shut out forever from the estate–something they seemed to sense early on, as they had the estate purchase burial plots for all of them when MJ’s arrangements were made.
As for Live Entertainment and “Dr. Death?” They knew Jackson was worth far more dead than alive; Katherine KNOWS a grave injustice has been perpetrated. We wish her well.
He’s dead Lady K. Deal. No legal fight is going to bring him back.
If she and the husband had expended as much energy on MJ and all his psycho problems as she is in the courts, maybe he’d still be alive now.
Sad and desperate people all of them are.
Her son was a drug addict. When will she face the truth?
She need look not further than the mirror or at her repulsive ex-hubby. She enabled the creep by turning a blind eye to the way he abused ALL the children. MJ ended the way many abused kids do, with addiction problems to cover the pain of their unresolved childhood abuse.
Whatever happened to him it gave him no right to turn around as an adult and abuse/use kids. One less Pedo in the world, no great loss.

Well Katherine if you are truly interested who killed Michael just know it all starts with you. You who was so passive as Joe beat your children and made work horses out of them rather than letting them work a little and have a real life. And then there is Micahel who never grew up and was confused as to what his sexuality really was. And then there are the brothers and sisters who were like fleas on him, using him for money and god knows what else. And finally there is Michael himself. So I’ve solved this for you Katherine.
