Lady Gaga created a huge ruckus when she arrived at Chateau Marmont with a colorful painted face and shaved extreme haircut. Paparazzi swarmed to snap her from every angle. She’s been missing in action for awhile but now she’s BAAACK and just as outrageous as ever.
