Paula Abdul is in fighting shape to start her new TV career as a judge on “X Factor” (Above left.) She’s looking very svelte and her arms are particularly slim. We heard she had some laser treatments called Titan on her skin, including her arms, to tighten it up and apparently it worked. She looks better than ever.

I can’t stand her and couldn’t take her nonsense craziness on Idol. Too bad Simon is bringing her ass along on this new show. She’s going to spoil it for me, that’s for sure. Her ditzy loony drunk/stoned/stupid act is just old and was too much the first time around. it’s been great not having to hear or look at her for a while, except for her brief flop of a show in between which I knew was a dud when I saw the first one.
Her arms look rediculous and for her age I see she sTILL hasn’t learned how to dress to flatter her figure. She is in DESPERATE need of a fab stylist STAT! The sleeves on the dress on the left with those chicken bone arms sticking out looks horrible! Has someone blinded her as well? A three year old could see this dress looks awful on her.
I think her arms are toned from bracing her body weight over the toilet from her self induced vomiting. She must have really given Simon great bj’s to have re-hired her. The dingleberry hanging from my arse hair has more talent than she does.

Paula Abdul is amazing and strong and has over come massive change in her life and career and concern..She has massive passion for life and she has a Big sweet kind Heart and she is a wonderful lady on so many level and I love all her music!
