Every time Prince shows up somewhere with his bejeweled cane, the speculation about it’s purpose comes up again. Rumors that he needs hip surgery or had it and was unsuccessful, have been going around for five years. Sometimes he seems to need the cane, other times he brandishes it like an accessory. Prince,55, and his walking stick showed up at the French Open in Paris and he was with the woman he describes as his “muse.” She’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Damaris Lewis and she often dances onstage during his concerts. At 5’10” she‘s eight inches taller than Prince.
