There’s no need for Prince to backtrack on his recent comments to the New Yorker that implied he was against gay marriage. It seems that in recent years, Prince has become a fervent Jehovah’s Witness (like Michael Jackson used to be.) Consequently his views on social issues have become quite conservative, in contrast to his own highly liberated history. Personal opinions notwithstanding, the upside of this religious dilemma is the fact that Jehovah’s Witnesses DON’T VOTE! Prince and his ilk want nothing to do with politics and they remain neutral. That’s what the bible tells them to do. So in their own way, they separate church and state, and that’s fine with us.

Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe that Jesus is the Son of God, come in the flesh, born as a babe in Bethlehem to be the Savior of the world. So even though JW’s are right to be against gay marriage. they are wrong on this, so they will not go to heaven. The Bible clearly states the only way to heaven is through the shed blood of Jesus. the Son of God, Who died on the cross for our sins. Jehovah Witness is a cult. These are the lost souls who knock on your door with their false message, way off base.

Let’s begin with your statement that Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe that Jesus Christ is Jehovah’s son. You are WRONG, we believe the exact opposite. As a matter of fact, everything we do and say is because of Jesus and in his name. Secondly, I do suggest you read your personal bible, nowhere in the bible does it read that Jesus was hanged then died on a cross, it states in Acts 5:30 and 10:39 that Jesus was hanged on an execution stake as a reproach. Jesus gave his life; so, we as imperfect human may have life. Also, JW are doing exactly what Jesus did when we go door to door and knock on people doors. Again, you don’t have to take my word, go to YOUR bible, and go Matthews 28:19, 20; where “Jesus” states we are to teach people about his father, Jehovah; which means we must go door to door and tell people about his father, Jehovah.
Lastly, if anyone is off based that would be you. I suggest you read your bible before you go off and make misinformed statements about a religion, you clearly know nothing about.

Rita Jehovah’s witnesses are Christians, get ya facts right, they don’t celebrate much but the one thing they do celebrate is Christs death, once a year. if they didn’t believe in christ they wouldn’t go knocking on doors doing the ministry, which is one of Christ’s instructions, if wanted gods favor.
