It’s a rare sight. We love to catch a celebrity loading up on -not designer clothes- but BOOKS! And paying full price! Kate Beckinsale’s stock just went up more than a few points in our opinion, because she’s patronizing Book Soup on Sunset- one of the few and greatest independent bookstores still in existence.

Now that they’re married, Brad’s discovered Jennifer’s beauty stash and he helps himself. Jennifer’s happy that he’s concerned about his skin but hates to find her stuff missing. So she spent $2000 on various skin products for Brad’s bathroom.

Wow, that is newsworthy… Props, Kate!! Glad you’re buying books (or giving ‘em as gifts). And the independent retailers need our bucks, so that’s good too. Let’s hope it start a trend. (No, I don’t own a bookstore, but I love libraries and all types of reading…..)

How tall is this woman? Anybody know. I read somewhere that she’s 5′8…..I have a hard time believing that since she looks really short in her pics.
