RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS HEAT UP THE ROXY AND BILL GATES
Microsoft took over the Roxy Monday night for a big party for Bill Gates and the Red Hot Chili Peppers were the main attraction. Unfortunately, Anthony Kiedis came down with a sore throat so he requested that the air conditioning be turned OFF during his show. If you’ve ever been to the Roxy you KNOW how hot it gets, even WITH air! Bill Gates and all his wealthy business pals were sweating like horses and peeling off their jackets. Keidis managed to put on a good show – at one point he tried to pull Bill onstage to sing along with the band and the crowd cheered him on. The shy billionaire declined and after the show he and his sweaty friends dashed upstairs to On The Rox to cool off.
