Here’s the thing, regardless of what “color” a person is, that person is still a PERSON. And the thing about people is that we are all individuals, and we are all unique. We all make our own choices and decisions. For someone to assume that a certain nationality of people are more physically abusive than another is just completely ignorant.
In regards to the pre-marital sex and living together, I have talked with pastor’s who say that living together is a sin, and some who do not consider it to be. The bible is full of old traditions and customs that no longer apply to our society-example, stoning your children who disobey you. The bible is literature, and like all forms of literature and art, is open to interpretations. It is my personal opinion (and I in no way expect to sway anyone else’s views on the situation) that the bible and a person’s relationship with God should not be dictated by what a pastor or a church says. I take from poetry what I feel it is meant to express, as I do with the bible.
