ROB PATTINSON HAS A FAMILIAR LOOK IN “WATER FOR ELEPHANTS”

Seeing Rob Pattinson in this period movie “Water For Elephants” reminds us of James Dean in “East of Eden.” We’re thinking, that since James Franco bought the rights to Sal Mineo’s life story, he might want to think about casting Rob as Dean, who played a big part in Mineo’s world.

  1. YES! He totally reminds me James Dean even in Twilight. I could also see him playing Dorian Grey. He’s perfect for a remake.

  2. …but Reese Witherspoon always had that long thin sharp pointed chin. truth hurts.

  3. Ha Indy, yeah. Hopefully Pattinson is too young for Whitherspoon. If they ever got together and then reproduced, their children would look like Tim Burton’s rendering of multipurpose tool sets.

  4. Janet…at about the 17th post that R Patz reminds you of James Dean, you need to be called out that you and ONLY YOU are pushing this point, columnist wise.

  5. well, SOME FOLKS, like lilo, HAVE ONLY WATER INSIDE THEIR HEAD, folks.
so she can’t help all the mistakes made.

  6. If the great Johnny Depp can’t escape Pirates, why would not speaking and the same facial expression get Rob Pattinson anywhere?

  7. Nope I can’t see Rob as James Dean.
James Franco did an awesome James Dean….

  8. Ditto Susan Smith. Can’t picture Rob P as James Dean. Franco all the way.

  9. Between his studies and his marathon masturbation sessions, I don’t know how Franco manages to appear in any movie!

  10. no, janet, it’s just you. there are times when he’s a little handsome but i don’t see james dean here. too bad franco too old to play him.
