After three weeks of testimony, the jury’s still out as to whether Ryan O’Neal owns that valuable Warhol portrait of Farrah Fawcett that she may or may not have willed to her alma mater The University of Texas, along with the rest of her art collection. Ryan dragged Farrah’s friends, Alana Stewart and Mela Murphy, along with nurses and employees to testify that the painting is HIS. (Of course, nobody wants the highly combustible Ryan for an enemy.) Ryan and Farrah’s relationship in later years was examined and we believe they were no more than friends – and THAT because they had a son together. Farrah blamed Ryan for their son Redmond’s drug troubles. Ryan’s teary claim that he “talks” to Farrah’s portrait while he’s in bed was stomach turning. A telling piece of evidence was the fact that Farrah signed a document of ownership for the portrait when it was included in an exhibit at the Warhol museum in Pittsburgh. May the best University win!

This man is a scum bag. What Farrah EVER saw in him is a mystery! If she wanted him to have that painting, she would have specified it in her will. She was smart enough to leave her son well taken care of and obviously didn’t leave him a dime for good reasons. I hope the university gets to keep BOTH paintings. Hopefully, there are some smart jurors who won’t fall for his phony act.
