RYAN REYNOLDS: IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD, IT’S JUST A PHOTO!

Ryan Reynolds claims he was devastated when a “lifelong friend” attempted to sell private photos of his baby to the tabloids. He described it as a “shocking betrayal” but we think he’s making a mountain out of a molehill and should not end the friendship. It’s only a PHOTO – his baby is not in danger. Why would Ryan rather have a strange photographer (possibly perched on a neighbor’s roof) get paid for the first baby photo than a FRIEND? Many thoughtful celebrities who have a not-so-wealthy relative or friend are kind enough to hand over the valuable baby photo and encourage them sell it! SOMEONE is going to make money with that picture – why not a friend? Give the guy a break.

  1. I don’t blame him. It’s about trust and betrayal. What else will he try to sell?

  2. Because he made a deal with the press to allow them access to ‘paparazzi shoot’ the baby. The deal is either getting the Reynolds a free pass on some juicy gossip, free publicity or some extra income. The friend selling pics reduces the value of any baby Reynolds pics and, as a result, their bargaining power. That’s why.

  3. Bullsh!t. Maybe you feel that way because you make money off of gossip, but even non famous people need to know they can trust their inner circle and this was a betrayal. Not on Ryan’s payroll anymore and was looking for a quick dime. Surely he will realize losing a friendship was far more expensive than pedaling a photo that never saw the light of day.

  4. I don’t think they are upping the ante to sell the photo themselves or have someone else in their circle do it. Not everything is about the cash with many people, not everything is about the public… Not everyone is K’Trash.

  5. Janet proves yet again what a low life scumbag she is with this twisted logic. She doesn’t understand what the term friendship means.

  6. Well duh! It’s the feeling of betrayal and his friend used his daughter to try and make $$$ for himself. No, it’s not the end of the world, it’s just the end of that friendship. When trust is gone, the friendship is forever altered (or, in this case, gone).

  7. I agree Janet. He is making a huge f—ing deal out of this. I bet we will see his kid out and about soon anyway. He sounds like a bit of an axx.
