SARAH JESSICA PARKER TO MAXIM: THAT'S NO WAY TO TREAT A WOMAN
Sex and the City is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, and a sequal is already in the works. But the fabulously successful star Sarah Jessica Parker is still nursing hurt feelings since Maxim magazine callously dubbed her “The Unsexiest Woman Alive.” (Apparently some men at Maxim don’t find her as appealing as women and advertisers do.) Sarah admits “It hurt so much. Just because I don’t fit the ideals of the men writing at this magazine, does that really make me the unsexiest woman alive? It’s brutal, and it hurt my husband too.” We agree with Sarah that the list was cruel and arrogant – you don’t see women’s magazines listing “The 10 least appealing Hollywood actors.” If it’s any consolation, Amy Winehouse was the second unsexiest woman on the Maxim list.

Hey Prince: Concur completely about SJP’s long hook nose. She still looks like h***, even when she is perfectly groomed. And, let’s not forget Kristin Davis’ long curved-up witch chin. I always enjoyed Sex in the City (take that either way you like to) but I have to say that, as a woman, I never found SJP sexy. However, I admire that she hasn’t undergone drastic plastic surgery to make herself more palatable to such men as those who write for Maxim. And she epitomizes high fashion (even if some of the things she wears are garish haute couture items that should never see the light of day). So I would categorize her as “attractive.”
But Amy Winehouse. Now that’s someone who started out looking good and purposefully made herself skanky and unsexy.

I don’t like such sexist lists either; however, SJParker has many times over the years made snide and catty remarks about other women in the USA. Her remarks indicated to me that she thinks that only New York women have style and class. She was especially catty about California women.

it makes me sick how mean people are. Most people that say hurtful things like this are evil from the inside. They also have issues of their own so it makes them feel good to say horrible things about other people. How would you feel if someone said things like that about you? Makes me sick.
