Halle Berry’s paparazzi law protecting celebrity children from being photographed was passed by Governor Brown and now stars’ kids can only be photographed with parents permission. We’re guessing that certain moms- like Bethenny Frankel (above) and Rachel Zoe – really enjoy being photographed with their children and will not complain. We may never see Halle Berry’s daughter again or her new baby, but didn’t she just get rid of the reason she wanted to move to Paris? She told the judge her child wouldn’t be harassed there, but now she doesn’t have that excuse.

My how things have changed when we are comparing the celebrity of Halle Berry(an Oscar-winning actress) to that of Bethenny Frankel(a really homely, reality TV personality). I mean WHO THE F*CK cares what she does?

The law is unconstitutional & will be thrown out by the courts.
But it will give employment to a whole bunch of corrupt lawyers.
I don’t get it. Of course Berry has no excuse to live in her own country now. She lobbied for enactment of the new law because she could get no peace with her daughter. Now she doesn’t have to leave or she can sue the crap out of the paps! Duh?
