Photos of famous girls with real or supposed “eating disorders” are top sellers. Nicole Richie was plastered on every magazine cover when she was at her thinnest, and boney Kate Bosworth became a hot photo commodity also. Nicky was pretty much overlooked until she recently started paring off the pounds.
