Tatum O’Neal took her son Sean out for dinner at Mr Chow on September 23 – his 22nd birthday. They had a good time but when they left in separate cars we were reminded that Tatum’s ex John McEnroe has had custody of their three kids since 1998. Fortunately, it appears that Tatum and Sean are still close.

Tatum is trying to pick herself up, despite her shitty childhood and troubled adulthood. She is obviously trying to keep in touch with her kid. Both look happy and have a good ‘open’ body language.
It’s a miracle she is even living, after having suffered childhood with that fat no-good Ryan. And then her marriage to bad-tempered John McEnroe. Still, someone somewhere should have intervened and put her in a drug rehab and taken her to church and not let her out of their sight until she was clean.
People make mistakes, especially when they do not have responsible parents. Those of you who are being mean should be understanding to Tatum O’Neal.
She looks SO washed out–certainly could’ve used some makeup and either hosiery or a tan on those cheesy-pale legs! Her son looks great.
