THE TRUTH ABOUT BOBBY BROWN'S "HEART SCARE"
Bobby Brown is still laughing about all the publicity he got when that “heart attack” rumor popped up. It’s funny because of what REALLY happened. Bobby was set to perform at the Taste of Soul concert on Saturday, October 19, on Crenshaw Blvd. The show features lots of old school types like Evelyn Champagne King. The week before, concert promoters became fearful that Bobby wasn’t healthy enough to do it. (Translation: too drug addled.) Bobby was told he had to pass a physical in order to perform. He was seen going in and out of the medical center and observers jumped to conclusions. Bobby’s own uninformed spokespeople tried to spin and explain and made it worse. There was never any heart problem – and Bobby miraculously passed his physical.
