TOM CRUISE KEEPS CRANKING OUT UNAPPEALING MOVIES
Movie trailers often fill us with desire to see the movie as soon as possible, but the trailer for Tom Cruise’s “Oblivion” does just the opposite. We’ll spend our money elsewhere. The trailer make the IMAX science fiction film look very heavy on special effects and light on character and plot. Closer inspection revealed the movie is based on a comic book. (Yes, a graphic novel IS a comic book!) No WONDER we were turned off by the murky look and confusing plot. Will Tom’s fans come out for this one? He needs a hit after the disappointing “Rock of Ages” and “Jack Reacher.”

More crap..overpriced admittance-does anybody, except possibly his mother really want to plonk down a fairly large chunk of change to see the Tiny One grin his way through another flop?

The disgusting little Tom Thumb scientologist propagandist just needs to go away.

The special effects look really good. It’s the story that is off putting, usual american run of the mill story line. Although it looks like there are scientology overtones in the story.

I loved “War of the Worlds” and “Minority Report” and even watched “MI: ghost something of other” on Netflix and it wasn’t bad. I just wonder if people just don’t like him…not his movies…or he’s into quantity, not quality.

DA?? How soon some forget Mission Impossible. Made how much?? That was a giant hit. As for Jack Reacher it made about 80 million in the States but overseas it has made over 116 million. Not exactly what I would call a bomb.
