When Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes get a bit weary of their 35 million dollar 10,000 sq ft mansion in Beverly Hills with it’s huge staff, they scamper off to their “retreat” – a secret, smaller four bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills. It’s here that they can live more like a normal family, have barbecues in the backyard, and swim in the pool together. Tom likes to bring Suri and his other kids Connor and Isabella to the cozy getaway and they celebrated Suri’s birthday together without staffers around. Of course, there is security, but they stay out of sight on the grounds. It’s the family’s escape to a more normal life.

The tiny one would gladly pay $10 million per each added inch of height. Gladly, and maybe more. He’d have to pony up approx. $50 million to be at Katie’s level. lol.

Normal and Cruise do not belong in the same sentence

If the ‘other half’ is not caught up in the demonic cult Scientology, they are infinitely better off than these highly deluded clueless idiots who are giving huge bucks to satan and his followers.

And, Katie apparently has now become the perfect little Scientology wifey, who thinks she is deliriously happy.

Yes, in their little house – like the little people have – the Cruises can be a normal family…If in a normal family daddy is a closet queen, mommy is daddy’s third full-time beard, big brother and big sister are adopted because daddy couldn’t even bear the thought of his semen being inside any woman (even beard #2), and little sis is the product of some twisted genetic engineering experiment and the crown princess of a twisted cult.

Say, isn’t that the plot to Father Knows Best?

Just wondering why they (or anyone) would need two houses in the same town, let alone state. How rediculously decadent can these celebrities get with the enormous palatial “homes” they collect all over the place? Plus, I thought Tom had a place in New York, and also one in that famous skiing place they all go to. (Forgot the name). It all seems kinda stupid to me.

it’s HIS money to do with what ever he chooses
i am sure your thinking how he handles his fiances may be stupid doesn’t keep him awake at night
most wealthy people have more than one residence…..probably more than 2 or 3…..
    ahhhhhhhhh MONEY.

If he weren’t the “Jesus of Scientology” I might almost feel sorry for him. He is obviously not comfortable in his own skin. He doesn’t live so much as he acts like he’s living-he’s playing the role of Tom Cruise. I wonder what if anything is left of the real human being he must have once been.

The guy is living a lie and is surrounded by enablers. Closeted gay guys in their mid-thirties or late-forties all have the same quality to their faces (it is really starting to show on Tom’s face). I think it has to do with the stress and strain of keeping up the facade.

Sebastian -your comments are so on point! btw, I still think Suri is Katie and Chris Klein’s baby.

I’ll probably always be angry with Tom for flaunting his darker side a few years ago and totally making me feel like a fool for thinking he was so cool all those years.

I think tiny Tom is in a weird way enjoying all the fuss about his sexuality. He may like the cat-and-mouse game of the–is he or is he not gay. But we all know the truth, right?

You know that if the press would just ignore Tom Cruise, maybe he’d dry up and float away.
For one thing, he can’t act. I give Katie snaps for appearing on Broadway, but she’s no great shakes either. I really don’t care about either one of them and neither should anyone else. What about the TALENTED actors in America? How about some press for them?

Don’t forget that cozy little “cabin” on in Teluride. I wish a blog would break down these stars’ real estate so we can all see, in b&w, just what greedy pigs they really are. I mean, who really needs all that? Doesn’t it just make everyone angry?

  • Blind Item: America’s Sweetheart Battling A Drug Addiction?

One of America’s Sweethearts is battling a serious drug addiction- not hers, but her best friend’s. Through the years these two have been stuck to one another like white on rice and her fame rubbed off on her pal. They’ve been roomies, have worked together on set, and even launched a business venture together. But all that success has come with a price. After years of being sober, the less famous friend has fallen HARD off the wagon and our gal doesn’t know what to do. She’s hosted an intervention, hired an addiction specialist, and even threatened to end the friendship, but nothing seems to work. What’s a girl to do?
