TOMMY CHONG GOT WHAT HE WANTED

Tommy Chong seen smiling and arriving at the dance studio on Thursday.

Tommy Chong, 76, is delighted with California’s liberal marijuana laws because he spent nine months in prison for distributing drug paraphernalia (bongs) back in 2003. A former hippie, he remains an activist and wore an old t shirt to dance practice that says “I am not a criminal – end marijuana prohibition.” Do you suppose he smokes before he competes on Dancing with the Stars?

  1. Chong suffer misfortune, Chong outlive prosecutors by many many years.

  2. Pot must be pretty harmless as we’re not hearing about any huge traffic crashes from Colorado and Washington or is it Oregon that passed the law…. Soon illinois, will be in there as well as a few other states. Probably all 50 in a matter of time. If one can make a buck off the taxpayers by allow ing this to happen along with gay marriages who have to file for those marriage licenses. Like so many say, just think of it as a joke. In so far as Tommy goes, nine months is nothing compared to say some guy sitting on death row for a crime he didn’t commit. But some lady on the Jury “felt” he ought to do some time or maybe it was some dude. Lets just hope that person sues the f’out of that state and pays a hefty Federal Tax on those incomes and thinks of it as a joke.
