Tony Curtis’s sixth wife Jill Vandenberg put his estate up for sale this weekend at Julien’s Auctions. We checked out the merchandise ahead of time and were impressed to see art by Picasso, Miro, Dali, and Warhol, along with personal items like Tony’s cowboy boots and driver’s licenses. There was an undertone of resentment because none of his six children were there – Merle Ginsberg at The Hollywood Reporter says none of his kids are beneficiaries of his estate, the bulk of which goes to his wife of 12 years, Jill, who cared for him during many illnesses. Our favorite item in the sale was Tony’s “Some Like It Hot” yachtsman jacket, which went for $48,000. Our friend took a slightly eerie photo of Jill with Tony’s portrait in the background and we swear she grew to resemble him.

No lawyer here, but Jill wiped him for more than a decade. She deserves every cent.

She must had loved him very much and was there for him throw thick and thin.
Throw out life Tony must had taken good care of his children and gave them mostly everything he had but sooner or later had to gather things and start taking care of himself.
It has to hurt his wife to look at items that where there at the house and just thought about sharing this things with the world and just wanted to be able to take good care of herself down the road.
When your sick..People that love you will do anything in there power to take care of you and show you love each and every day and it is about the wife…Wonderful kind person who really loved her husband before they met and just love spending time with him and hearing his stories and…value the time together.
People from all over the world love this man and respect him and with his good looks and funny laughts an actor..He has crossed paths with the stars of 50s and 60s and…Was amazing on so many levels and she is being kind and warm to allow some one else to share in the History of her Husband.
6 children on this earth…Grown men and woman..I am sure he paid for there schooling and college and got them this and got them that and gave them money to start there way in life and so they are well off already and don’t need his money.
I Think as a father..I WOULD HAD LEFT MY 6 KIDS SOMETHING LIKE INSURANCE MONEY AND OR ITEMS OUT OF THE HOUSE…BUT ON THE OTHER HAND WHEN A MAN DOES NOT LEAVE HIS KIDS MONEY OR ITEMS…That means he was ignored and not paid attention to in life and…THERE WAS NEVER A HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD OR CALLING AND SAYING I LOVE YOU OR NO DINNER TOGETHER AND JUST BEING PUT ON THE BACK BURNER BUT THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WRONG WHEN A FATHER WILL NOT LEAVE SOMETHING TO HIS CHILDREN?
I TAKE IT THE KIDS NEVER LIKED THIS WOMAN AND…IGNORED THEM 10 TIMES OVER AND TO BE PUSHED ASIDE AND…FAMILY WILL NOT REACH OUT AND SPEND TIME WITH THERE FATHER IS THE WAY THEY FEEL AND MAYBE THEY DID NOT GET ALONG OR MAYBE THEY DID NOT AGREE WITH EACH OTHER AND MAYBE THEY DID NOT LIKE HIM.

Tony had a good woman who was there with him at the end of his life and she really loved him from the heart and really love there special time together and…It is nice to have some one who has your back and really cares about you..Lucky Tony and his loving wife.
My real life URL Is all about getting one mans attention and getting a shot toward Hell kitchen but on the other hand Poor Tony Curtis had some one holding his hand every day for the last 12 years of his life and some one in his corner until the end.
