“Two and a Half Men” fans are wondering how Charlie Sheen’s character will disappear and how Ashton Kutcher will fit into the series next season. UK writer Andrew Morton insists that he has inside information. Morton says that it’s likely that Charlie’s character will be killed off in a spectacular car crash when his Mercedes flies off a cliff near his Malibu home. After Charlie’s funeral, his beach house will be put up for sale. Ashton Kutcher will enter the show’s plot line by buying the home. He’ll take pity on Charlie’s broke brother Alan, played by Jon Cryer, and his son Jake, and let them continue to live there. Sounds plausible.

I hope your ‘inside info’ is wrong. Because that is DEFINITELY NOT going to appeal to fans of the original show…

I think they are throwing some of Charlie’s real life drama in there. Remember when 2 cars went off the cliff near his home? At least one of them was his car (but he was not in it).

I’m hoping that they keep the rest of the cast intact.

Conchata Ferrell as Berta, Holland Taylor (Gosh, she is hysterical!!)as Evelyn Harper, Angus T. Jones as Jake Harper, Jon Cryer (My favorite character) as Alan Harper, and Marin Hinkle as Judith Melnick. The character Rose (Melanie Lynskey) will just have to stalk someone else. She’s a hoot too.

I can’t wait for the show to start back. In the meantime, crazy Charlie will probably pop up on another sitcom and make them some money too!

Although I did not watch 2-1/2 on a regular basis, what I did see was very funny. Charlie played the part beautifully. That role was made for him. I think Charlie was given a raw deal. Yeah he has a drug problem, but he did show up for work and deliver his lines professionally. I guess in the end though, the writer’s ultimately hold all the power.

I am not a fan of Kutcher’s, so therefore I hope the show tanks! Sorry to the remaining cast members but Kutcher’s got enough money. We’ll see what happens. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I find Kutcher annoying, little boy with Peter Pan syndrome and I’m not surprised he ended up with a mommy figure… The writers will have to work extra hard to make the show viewable because of him. I don’t see myself watching the show anymore.

I think they should bring Kutchner into the show as a cousin to the family, instead of being a stranger …. Let him has some of Charlie’s attitude, yet let him be who he is.

The writers will actually have to work and come up with story lines, now that they can’t loosely base their character on the actors real life…. although, they may follow their previous pattern and ashton will be chasing after older woman, haha. I I doubt it, but I thought it was funny enough to mention.

I know I am swimming against the tide, but I never liked 2 1/2 Men. Canned laughter, I hate it. And Charlie with his Pinocchio nose always with the cheesy pickup lines and in the sack w/ a whore with even more cheesy lines. Kutcher is a hack and I can’t see it going forward w/ that creep, who has a mommy complex w/ his aging old lady who lives at the plastic surgeon. Since it’s a rather filthy show anyway, I think they should have overlooked anything Charlie ever did or said and keep him on. what the hay.

If there was nothing wrong with the show how can they make it better? Next thing, they going to add Demi because he can’t be chasing after girls like Charlie did, he lived with two women in real life. At least he kept it real.

“PLANS A FIERY DEATH”……you mean a Ryan Dunn type death right?

    On June 21, 2011 at

That storyline sounds ridiculous to me. Remember, this is a comedy. How is driving off the cliff in a fiery death even remotely funny? Death can be an appropriate way to go if it works into the background of the show (like Henry Blake’s plane being shot down in MASH. Sad but part of war and therefor plausible).

It also depicts the shows producers as sinking to Charlie’s level. Having him fly to Paris and staying there to play piano in a cafe makes more sense.

RE The car going over the cliff. That was a plot device on 2 1/2 Men before two of Charlie’s cars were driven off a cliff near his house.

I’m so not a fan of AK, but we’ll see. Killing off Charlie and selling the house would be a scream.

I thought the show was hysterical. I hope AK doesn’t ruin it.

i think it would work better if ashton came in as charlies son that he never knew about…it would work better and it would give allen and his son a reason to actually live there i hope this show will still be a good show once they kill off charlie.

I think that what your doing to the show is completely wrong. You are takeing the most valuable charector out (charlie sheen) all because of a pathetic disput over what he said on that talk show the company who makes the show will end up losing more viewers and eventually stop producing the show because with out charlie the show will be un-successful charlie is what makes two and a half men and ashton isnt he is a good actor but not good enough for two and a half men. i will never watch your show again.. EVER.

Sorry to see 2 and a Half Men Go. Its a fact Charlie Sheen, made the show. Others cast nice, but can not carry the show. Charlie’s replacement just does not cut it! Guess I’ll just watch reruns of the show! Death of another great show, so sad!

The way i look at it is charlie was a awesome character but his personal life was in the ruins. And he said to chuck lorri the creator of the show you need to leave or i will and he also said i own you. If it wont for chuck lorri there would not be two and a half men and the big bang theory. Looking forward to Ashton Kutcher im a fan
