Kate Beckinsale survived the exasperating and badly scripted movie “Whiteout,” and maybe this adorable puppy was her consolation prize. We are a little concerned because just a year ago we saw Kate with an equally beautiful blond cocker spaniel puppy. That one grew up and hasn’t been seen again. Hopefully he’s living happily ever after…..

These Hollywood types seem to view their pets as nothing more than fashion accessories, and disposable accoutrement.
