Is Target in West Hollywood the new Ivy? Plenty of celebrities are regulars there and the paparazzi are catching on. Benji Madden and Joan Collins (with husband Percy Gibson) are two examples. You never know who might be pushing that shopping cart next to you in the electronics department. There was a time when you’d never catch a famous person in Target, but the store has achieved an element of chic acceptance.

   Target is like Costco; I go in to pick up a few items and end up spending hundreds. Way too many goodies to tempt me in Target! I’d love to see what Joan has in her cart. She’s probably started her Christmas shopping early or maybe she’s picked up one of their cheap, plastic, “designer” handbags…

   Target cost more cause they donate your money to ultra liberal causes.

   I do not like Target. It is over-rated.
   I hate arms covered in tats.
   I hate fake H-weird stars. Joan at least has staying power, but the Madden twins, oh Lord help us.
