We didn’t realize that Johnny Depp had a mouthful of gold teeth like Charlie Sheen. It seems to work for most of his roles (pirates, gangsters, Mad Hatter, etc) including his new animated movie Rango, because he simply provides a voice. Johnny’s little girl Lily Rose, 11, was thrilled when Justin Bieber gave Johnny a pair of his purple sunglasses as a gift for her.

I thought he had that done to his teeth for the Captain Jack Sparrow part. I’ve seen other photos where they appear to be covered, much like Sheen does when he’s not partying with porn stars. Love him anyway.
HATE those teeth! I, too, have never, ever understood his sex appeal. It always looks like he needs a steam cleaning! 😉
The hole in the top of his hat is a hoot. It kind of goes with what looks like vomit on the top of his shirt. It’s as if he’s trying to communicate that he’s too successful and rich to care, which begs the question, why should anyone else? Those new purple sunglasses the Biebs gave him are all this outfit is missing. I don’t understand his appeal off screen either. Weird isn’t edgy; it’s just weird.

As I mentioned before Depp Came into my antique store many years ago, possibly when he was still in 21 Jump Street. I didn’t follow his career so am not sure how faous he was at the time, but he was VERY normal and approachable by my employee who was a yong woman crazy about him. He very willingly posed for pictures with her and chatted with her a few minutes. She had a hard time working the rest of the day because she was so flustered. I’ve liked him and thought most of his movies good since then, but the ragged T-shirt, holey hat, and snaggle teeth have GOT to go. Johnny, you’re NOT a real pirate and you’re grossing people out, esp the women who made you rich!
