Some odd things were going on in Cleveland, Ohio, while Katie Holmes was filming there. Photographers trailed her on various outdoor locations and at one point a bodyguard of Katie’s approached the guys asked the paparazzi if they were Scientologists. It looks like Kate suspects she’s being spied upon for some reason. Is Tom gathering information about her activities? Days later it was revealed that Suri, who was in Cleveland with her mom, broke her arm, but there were no details provided. Is Tom trying to get more custody time with Suri?

Kids break things during the summer…I feel bad for Katie and Suri that they have such a creep for an Ex-husband and father that would use that as an excuse to take a child away from the saner (mother) parent.
Yeah I doubt Tom is going to get custody he’s not her natural father.

I’ve got to agree with CR98. If Tommie Girl tried for custody, Katie just might pull out the DNA test card if she knows who supplied the sperm.
The only reason Tommie Girl would want custody would be to make her another $cilon robot!
Tom dumped his past loves many times for disloyalty to his church cult and unfortunately still seems expected to marry and appear as a happily married family man.. All his ex’s, he dated or married agree, turns on the charm, then suddenly he’s stone cold hard-core jerk.. and if you marry him.. soon after the one year honeymoon tour he deserts you to go on a self-promotion starring me movie and project tour .. then if he has to.. brings the wife and kiddies out for publicity
I find it impossible to have any sympathy for this woman, she knew exactly what she is getting into when she signed a contract. I do feel sorry for Suri, who will grow up to be a freak in one way or another
Only when the child of a celeb breaks an arm is it news. For most of us, it’s just one of those days as the parent of an active kid.
Those socks of Katie’s is reason enough for her to lose custody.

I have never understood why people thinks he signed some sort of contract here. I mean if that were the case there would’ve been an arrangement where Tom would’ve actually looked good here they mutually would’ve agreed to. He doesn’t instead he has yet another failed marriage under his belt and people think he’s crazier than before.
I find it hard to believe she’d bring a child into it if it was supposed to be a short lived marriage but I guess there are plenty of morons who believe that to be the case.
