WHATEVER HAPPENED TO ASHLEY HAMILTON?
Believe it or not, a reader has requested current information on Ashley Hamilton, the handsome but flighty son of George Hamilton and Alana Stewart. (Remember – he was married to Shannen Doherty for ten minutes.) After years of bouncing around Europe and doing a lot of drugs, Ashley, now 32, says he is currently three months sober and living in his own apartment in Hollywood. (For years he slept on friends’ couches.) He’s not into acting now – he’s into music and song writing. He’s determined to stay sober so he’s avoiding his old friends like Robbie Williams. No more clubbing- Ashley goes to AA meetings every day. His father George is so happy about Ashley’s sobriety that he gave him a new fully loaded black Cadillac.

alrighty, so this is the blind item dude? i would believe it.
and what about that incident that left a young woman dead…i cant remember the details of that story. when he was married to shannen doherty briefly, shannen was still in her notoriously wild dramaqueen stage..and both of them were in plenty of drunken fights and calls to the police. i think that years ago when ashley married shannen, he was a bit more innocent and thought he could save her…i could be wrong about this, but thats what i think i remember.
