WHO WILL BE STANDING IN LINE TO SEE WILL FERRELL'S SEMI-PRO THIS WEEKEND?

Will we be the only people NOT rushing out to see Will Ferrell’s new comedy Semi-Pro when it opens this weekend? We’ve been bombarded with publicity for this sports comedy and have to admit some of Will’s 70’s outfits ARE amusing. (That’s him above with Heidi Klum in a Farrah hair-do) But the ad campaign is such a turn-off, it just makes us want to run the other way. Does anybody else feel like this or do you predict the movie will be a big hit?

   Is that Heidi Klum?? Damn, why can’t models stick to what they do best. I still have no idea WHY that B*tch got into the Oscars and Kate Beckinsale (gasp…an actress!!!) wasn’t even on the roster.

   I think Will is a huge talent, but I’ve seen this particular schtick too many times…from him and Hollywood in general.

   I’ve never found Will Ferrell very funny. He just uses the same old bits over and over. (showing his body mostly). All his movies have been formulaic crap with the exception of the Woody Allen film. You know what Janet, millions will still pay to see his latest garbage film. It’s the shopping mall minivan crowd that denigrates America.

    I think he’s funny and has had some good movies (favorites are “Elf” and “Anchorman Ron Burgundy”) but his new movie looks like it will be awful.

    I am SOOOOO not interested in seeing this movie. I’ve seen all his others and the previews for this one completely turned me off. It seems each one has gotten worse and worse. I doubt this movie will ever even see my Netflix queue.

    I liked him in Elf… However all he does is the same thing over and over. He’s like a one trick pony and I am no longer amused by his xeroxed performances…
