WINONA RYDER: "RESEARCHING" ANOTHER ROLE?

RydercutWinona566023170_400.jpgFor the first time Winona Ryder discussed her shoplifting arrest over five years ago at Saks Fifth Avenue with Vogue magazine. She pretty much blamed her behavior on prescription painkillers and implied it would never happen again. What a short memory you have, Winona! Around two years ago the sweet looking actress was shopping in a boutique on Beverly Blvd, and after trying on numerous items, she walked out wearing clothes she didn’t pay for. Oops! The store owner had the evidence on a security tape but was kind hearted and didn’t call the cops. The owner contacted Winona’s people and gave them the option of reimbursing the store. They paid up and we have a feeling this isn’t the only time this has happened.

Obviously she’s got a couple of bats in the belfry. That’s probably why she’s such a good actor. Who are we to judge.

    I HAVE ALWAY THOUGHT WHAT
    HAPPENED TO HER WAS BEYOND
    CRUEL….IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE
    GONE SO FAR….THEY RUINED HER
    CAREER FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD
    HAVE BEEN SETTLED QUIETLY…
    WHY…WHAT WAS THE POINT???

Ruiner her career? HAHA. Shoplifting is not what ruined her career you nitwit. That’s nothing to Hollywood. What ruined her career is herself, pure and simple. She had a DRUG habit that took her time to deal with. She was probably unreliable and a risk, just like Lindsay HoHan is right now.
But damn, it’s fun to watch these morons purposely ruin their careers.

That story was purposedly invented by people whose intent is to constantly go after her. They went indeed a bit far and their silly crap was swiftly withdrawn from the web

why dont we talk about how matt damon was in cahoots with the investors who ripped her off for more than a million dollars. I feel bad for this talented actress. yes what she did was wrong but other actors do worst and get cut a break, why not her. is there something we dont know about. and her drug habit wasnt evident to the public until she was arrested.

Matt Damon in cahoots! Investors? A million dollars! What? Tell us more. This sounds like a way juicier story.

The investor served time and started up a gourmet canned food line when he was released from prision. I remember this item because Vanity Fair wrote an extensive article about the scandal, it happened nearly ten years ago.
I’ve read NOTHING about Damon being “in cahoots” with the rip off, from what I understand many actors including Benecio Del Toro and Leonardo DiCaprio were ripped off- NOT just Winona Horowtitz.

The store didn’t want to settle the matter quietly. They must have had good reason. Perhaps they were suspicious of her in the past, but couldn’t prove it.

    an article about Dana Giacchetto,
“A manic money manager with a lust for celebrity, Dana Giacchetto played with Leo and Ben, Cameron and Courteney, while their millions were in safe keeping with his Cassandra Group. But when the party spun out of control, Giacchetto was the last to get the message.”

Indeed, it is quite obvious there is a double standard in Hollywood… male offenders, make those repeat male offenders, and we all know who they are are, are given a second chance and even elevated to superstardom…
