WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM HIS FRIENDS

Michael Jackson was best man at Liza Minelli’s wedding and Elizabeth Taylor was bridesmaid.

Here’s Liza and the Pawnbroker to the Stars on a date
The plot thickens. We’ve heard a few more perplexing details about the behind-closed-doors “sale” of Neverland and it’s getting crazier! As we revealed earlier, a consortium of investors represented by a Beverly Hills business man supposedly purchased Neverland – now that “businessman” has been identified as Yossi Dina, who is best known as “pawnbroker to the stars!” He provides fast cash for celebrities in need – in exchange for their jewelry, expensive cars, etc. Yossi is a close friend of Liza Minelli – he lends her jewelry and she takes him out to fancy events like the opening night of Gehry’s Walt Disney concert Hall. Somehow Liza and Yossi are involved in the Neverland purchase and REMEMBER- she is best friends with Liz Taylor, a longtime Michael supporter. So does this mean Michael Jackson, with the help of some friends, has PAWNED Neverland for much needed cash and hopes to reclaim it someday? (He might even be allowed to live there.) It’s a tangled web they weave.

Michael Jackson may be a total screw-up in many ways, however, being an astute businessman (greedy cash whore?) is not one of them. MJ has already pawned his Beatles collection for hundres of millions of dollars, so why not utilize his expertise and redirect this game, I mean his energies, towards retaining his real estate holdings? Just think of it: he could theoretically maintain a silent/proxy ownership interest in Neverland, then use his pawned Beatles catalogue to secure his pawned home and vice-versa. With both holdings virtually guaranteed to increase in value, it would be deliciously easy to pay limited partners interest [in good markets] by hoovering the equity from both of his holdings. MJ could manipulate these pawns against each other for the rest of his life and bag oodles of cash in the process. Remember, whoever dies with the most debt wins!

Don’t forget, its all about money, even within this freak show. If Liz made Liza pay for her appearance as the bridesmaid, they ain’t doing nuttin’ out of the goodness of their hearts.

Anyway, does this mean Liza has a place to dump her 170-year old stepmother? Maybe there’s a spare room. Move Mama Minelli out of the house in BevHills and turn a profit on that thing too.

Liza has been extremely generous to her MIL, and MJ is a brilliant businessman.
