Woody Allen has to be filled with regret when he thinks about his estranged son – and only biological child- with Mia Farrow. Ronan Farrow, 23, changed his name from Satchel and chose not to associate with his father after Woody married his sister Soon-Yi. It so happens Ronan inherited brains from both parents and was a child prodigy. At the age of 11 Ronan went to Bard College and at 16 was accepted to Yale Law School. He’s a humanitarian and activist at the UN working for UNICEF. Yesterday he was honored with a Rhodes Scholarship and will continue his education at Oxford. And he’s GOOD LOOKING! Woody really missed out on this one.

I didn’t realize he had changed his name from Satchel to Ronan. I saw the news article the other day about Ronan getting the scholarship, and I was having trouble figuring out who Ronan is. Now I know. He’s very handsome, and smart, too. Obviously his mother has raised him well. How proud she must be!
