WOODY ALLEN’S OLD GIRLFRIEND DIANE KEATON DOESN’T MIND ACCEPTING HIS GOLDEN GLOBES AWARD

Sunday’s Golden Globes show will go on without the presence of Woody Allen, who is being honored with the Cecil B DeMille lifetime achievement award. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association decided to give it to Woody even though he won’t be picking it up in person. Woody dislikes award shows (he didn’t even accept his four Oscars in person) and intended to turn down the award altogether but was persuaded that it might have a negative affect on his excellent movie “Blue Jasmine.” “Annie Hall” star Diane Keaton (above) agreed to accept for Woody and that made the HFPA happy. Woody admits he avoids reading any and all comments about his films and himself. He told the LA Times “I realized the less preoccupied you are with yourself, the better you do.”

  1. Diane is trying to revive her face time, it wont work. Maybe the Woodster can send Soon Yi or is he busy breaking in a new “wife”.

  2. I think there would be a massive protest if he showed up. I don’t know why Keaton is doing this.

  3. Every time I see this scummy pedophile and mediocre talented Allen I want to puke. He shouldnt have been allowed to adopt, but, hey, who dares to mess up with the “chosenites” especially if they are in high places?

  4. 73 movies and 78 years old, he makes one film not about himself, Blue Jasmine, and even Vanity Fair thinks that’s about himself with Mia Farrow.

  5. Diane is one of the most overrated actresses ever…she will be there with emotions and seeking fame!

Woody will be busy with the “kids”.

  6. I remember he referred to Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel as the “Chicago Morons” and that always amused me. Say what you will about him personally, his movies are good.
