YO HO HO AND A BOTTLE OF RUM: JOHNNY DEPP’S SINGING PIRATE SONGS

Johnny Depp looks adorable in his double-breasted plaid overcoat and fedora as he leaves The David Letterman show. (Note those two wide-eyed girls behind him) He was there to promote, not The Lone Ranger, which doesn’t come out until next summer, but his new ALBUM. Johnny and his “Pirates of the Caribbean” director, Gore Verbinski, paired up to produce and record an album of pirate ballads and sea songs! He always wanted to be a rock star…

I guess there is no accounting for taste. I don’t see ANYTHING appealing about him. He is also known for his horrible hygiene.

I’d love to see more pix of Ryan Reynolds. Now, HE is nice-looking.

He looks filthy, like he smells. His teeth are rotten and even fingers are dirty from ciggies. UGH.

One can assume a REAL pirate seldom showers, shaves, dental hygiene, etc. Thus, the role in “Pirates of the Caribean-o” fits Depp perfectly. (and even more so as he grows older and flits from ho to ho, trying to regain his youth). lol

    |

    BLIND_ITEM_NEW_#CUT

One of America’s Sweethearts is battling a serious drug addiction- not hers, but her best friend’s. Through the years these two have been stuck to one another like white on rice and her fame rubbed off on her pal. They’ve been roomies, have worked together on set, and even launched a business venture together. But all that success has come with a price. After years of being sober, the less famous friend has fallen HARD off the wagon and our gal doesn’t know what to do. She’s hosted an intervention, hired an addiction specialist, and even threatened to end the friendship, but nothing seems to work. What’s a girl to do?
