POST-THANKSGIVING EVA LONGORIA IS ALL ABOUT COMFORT

Eva Longoria had lunch at Ebaldi in Beverly Hills with her Desperate Housewives costar Felicity Huffman today. Eva was comfortable in a loose fitting dress and sneakers. After appearing in a bikini last summer, Eva was plagued by pregnancy rumors. (Last year she married wealthy businessman Jose Baston.) She denied the rumors, claiming that she was temporarily bloated from eating too much cheese and indulging in pancakes. She even posted photos of her tummy in and her tummy OUT. Eva has no intention of becoming a chubby housewife.

MAYBE NICOLETTE SHERIDAN WASN’T CUT OUT TO BE A HOUSEWIFE

While former Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan, 52, has had a number of engagements, (once to Michael Bolton) she’s only been married twice – and both lasted less than a year! She divorced Harry Hamlin in 1992. Last December she secretly married a younger guy, Aaron Pypher, who calls himself an actor, but she filed for divorce in July. She looks happily single at the premier of the gender discrimination documentary “Equal Means Equal” above. Nicolette keeps busy starring in Lifetime movies these days and she always has her dogs…..

Former “Desperate Housewife” Felicity Huffman has a pair of pretty blonde daughters: Sophia, 13, and Georgia, 11. Felicity and their father William H Macy have been married for 16 years. We think Felicity was ROBBED when she didn’t win an Oscar for playing a transgender woman in “Transamerica” a few years ago. Mother and daughters were at LAX, leaving for parts unknown.

EVA LONGORIA: “DESPERATE” FOR ATTENTION

Who does Eva Longoria think she’s kidding? She’s girlishly claiming to be embarrassed by her red carpet “wardrobe malfunction“ in Cannes and promising it “won’t happen again.” This was no accident. Eva may be subconsciously desperate for attention (why is a TV actress in Cannes, anyway?) or an exhibitionist. But she’s 38 years old and knows full well that if you wear a long gown with a long slit that not wearing underwear is just ASKING for trouble. We’re thinking she LOVED the resulting publicity – it’s a shame she couldn’t get it in a more tasteful manner.

Desperate Housewife Vanessa Williams, 46, has always been a great beauty, but she doesn’t admit to having any cosmetic help other than botox. So we found it strange that she revealed she had a secret high school abortion that her mother (above) didn’t even know about, on Nightline. It’s interesting that she will talk freely about an abortion but not a nose job! It doesn’t take an expert to see that her nose looks considerably more refined than it did when she won the Miss America title.

Desperate Housewives Fired Lawsuit Marc Cherry Nicollette Sheridan

NICOLLETTE SHERIDAN: SO FAR SO GOOD

Nicollette Sheridan is still disgruntled about being “unjustly” fired from “Desperate Housewives” so she’s delighted that the judge has declared that her case will be argued in front of a jury. Many in Hollywood expected that Nicollette’s lawsuit would be thrown out. Perhaps the fact that a former executive on the show backed up Sheridan’s timeline of events gave the case sufficient validity. Nicollette, 47, charges that after an argument with the show’s creator Marc Cherry, she complained to the studio and Cherry retaliated by writing her off the show. Nicollette won’t get her job back, but she might get a nice payday because the studio is expected to settle.

His detractors say he misrepresents himself and actually has little money of his own, and cheated on his wife and many women in his past. Apparently, Nicollette still likes to live dangerously.
