WANNA WORK WITH BEYONCE? EXPECT TO BE VETTED!

Beyonce’s commitment to feminism has always been a bit dicey. Remember, she had a concert tour called the “Mrs Carter Show World Tour” and her famous “Single Ladies” sang about “putting a ring on it.” But she has picked up a new and interesting work rule: she doesn’t want to work with bad guys. She’s running Me-Too checks on all of her music collaborators – producers, songwriters, etc. If any of the guys have been accused of crimes against women, she won’t work with them. One guy she worked with on Drunk in Love a few years back turned out to be a serial rapist. Now she’s even checking out her OWN team to make sure they are behaving.

Amber Heard Domestic Abuse Johnny Depp Lawsuit

JOHNNY DEPP IS NO WINNER

Johnny Depp must be very smug since his REVENGE lawsuit against Amber Heard seems to have paid off. If he had REALLY believed that Heard’s article in the Washington Post had damaged his career by inferring that he had abused her, he would have sued the Post also. It was all about his ego. What happened to free speech? Certainly the #MeToo movement has been damaged by this – women WILL be afraid to call out their abusers if they have power and money. Hollywood insiders know that Johnny was behaving very badly on sets BEFORE he even met Amber. His drug abuse and arrogant intoxication made him frequently late (with no regard for co-workers waiting all day) – if indeed, he showed up at all. Producers had grown wary of his self-indulgent rockstar attitude and tried to avoid hiring him. If you have any thoughts that Johnny was the good guy here, just read his emails revealed during the trial. Simply being in his company was abuse…

HAYDEN PANETTIERE’S CYCLE OF SELF-DESTRUCTION

Back in 2015 when Hayden Panettiere sent her baby daughter Kaya (born December, 2014) to live with her fiancé, the baby’s father Wladimir Klitschko, in Ukraine, we felt very sorry for her. Hayden was suffering from severe postpartum depression and alcohol abuse, and felt she couldn’t care for the child. She visited her daughter occasionally, but made no move to bring her back to the US. Can you imagine? Since then, the Heroes and Nashville actress has not been acting – she took up with a loser boyfriend Brian Hickerson, and it’s been one domestic abuse situation after another. He punched her in the face on Valentine’s day and she got a restraining order. He got out of prison after a few months and she started seeing him again. Drinking and fighting. Another brawl at Sunset Marquis in March broke his probation and might send Brian back to jail. Her daughter and Klitshko’s family fled Ukraine when the war started. This adorable actress had everything going for her, and she lost her hot career and her child. What happened?

JOHNNY DEPP’S LAWYERS ARE THE HAPPY ONES

Things are looking worse and worse for litigious Johnny Depp. He’s set to go to court next month for his defamation lawsuit against his ex Amber Heard because she wrote an article for The Washington Post supporting women who come forward and talk about violence and abuse like she did, and how they can suffer from blacklisting and lost jobs for doing so, because men protect each other. Johnny Depp’s name was NEVER mentioned in the article but he took offense and, against advice, sued. Of course Amber countersued (she DOES have the right to free speech) and a female judge just made it easier for Amber to succeed. Johnny’s lawsuits are dimming his popularity even more than Amber’s abuse charges.

Domestic Abuse Evan Rachel Wood Lawsuit Marilyn Manson Phoenix Rising

MARILYN MANSON: IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL IT’S OVER!

Wow. Just when we thought Marilyn Manson’s career was OVER because SO many women accused him of sexual misconduct during the past year, HE is suing his ex Evan Rachel Wood for defamation and claiming that she organized the other women who testified against him. He was no doubt motivated by Wood’s upcoming documentary Phoenix Rising examining his alleged misbehavior. In the lawsuit, Manson claims that Wood conspired with a woman (who might be her girlfriend) named Ashley Gore to recruit prospective accusers and provide them with scripts. He says Wood never accused him of wrongdoing until she met Gore, who talked her into becoming a symbol of domestic abuse, although it happened ten years earlier. Manson insists that the multiple charges against him are the result of a well-planned conspiracy. THIS could be a very interesting courtroom drama…

SCARY SPICE HAD A SCARY MARRIAGE TO A FAKE BELAFONTE

At least SOMETHING GOOD has come out of Mel B “Scary Spice’s” abusive marriage to Stephen Belafonte. It seems Melanie has been recognized with an MBE award in the UK for her commitment to helping women suffering from domestic violence. We could never figure out what she saw in the guy. His real name was Stephen Stansbury and when he moved to LA from New Jersey, he changed his last name to Belafonte, hoping to pose as Harry Belafonte’s son. It did open a few doors. We were horrified to hear from people in his home town that he had taken a brick and violently killed a mallard duck he found his front yard in New Jersey before he left. He already had a record of burglary and assault. A waitress at the Rainbow bar on Sunset told me that Stephen and Mel were in the habit of sitting at the bar, trying to pick up pretty girls for “threesomes.” But it was not all fun and games. Mel started showing up for work on TV shows with cuts and bruises. Her friends begged her to dump the husband. Eventually she wised up and divorced the fake Belafonte- the sleazy guy now calls himself a “producer.”

Boyfriend Domestic Abuse Hayden Panettiere

HAYDEN PANETTIERE: YOU’RE NOT FOOLING US!

Hayden Panettiere seems to be falling back into some old bad habits – and the worst habit of all is her thuggish ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson. He recently got out of jail where he served 45 days for domestic violence against Hayden – he’d been arrested twice before for the same crime. After all that, the unsavory pair were seen TOGETHER in West Hollywood this week. Hickerson insisted they were NOT back together – that he’s in therapy and was trying to make amends for his crimes and establish a friendship. Sure. And Hayden insists she is sober. But the Heroes and Nashville actress hasn’t worked for the last five years. Her six year old daughter Kaya is still living with Hayden’s ex-fiancee Wladimir Klitschko in Ukraine with his family. It’s sad that Hayden can’t get her act together sufficiently to raise her own daughter…

ALICE COOPER KNOWS ONE SIDE OF JOHNNY DEPP

Alice Cooper MEANS well, but he should think twice about defending his pal Johnny Depp against abuse allegations by Johnny’s ex Amber Heard. Johnny sued The Sun newspaper for calling him a “wife beater” and he lost the case – the UK judge ruled the claim was substantially true. Alice insists that Johnny is “one of the sweetest people I ever met in my life and I’m not buying those other stories.” What Alice forgets is that guys often treat their male buddies QUITE differently than they treat the women in their lives. The abuse allegations didn’t help Depp’s acting career, but he can always play guitar with Alice and The Hollywood Vampires…

Amber Heard Domestic Abuse Johnny Depp Lawsuit The Sun

JOHNNY DEPP IS NOW OFFICIALLY A WIFE BEATER

Johnny Depp was WARNED not to pursue his lawsuit against The Sun newspaper for calling him a “wife beater” because it could only damage his already questionable reputation. But he INSISTED. His ex-wife Amber Heard came to court and documented no less than fourteen incidents of violence against her. She also provided many unsavory details about Depp’s alcohol and drug abuse and revolting behavior. In addition, Amber pointed out that she had taken flak for speaking out against Johnny and it had a negative affect on her career. Johnny lost his suit and we were gratified that the judge defended free speech and the media’s right to publish. Amber was praised for courageously reporting the domestic violence. This does NOT bode well for Johnny’s upcoming lawsuit against Amber for implying he was an abuser in an article she wrote for the Washington Post. Will he do this all over again?

Domestic Abuse Evan Rachel Wood Marilyn Manson

MARILYN MANSON MIGHT BE WORSE THAN YOU EVEN IMAGINED

We can’t help but wonder how Marilyn Manson is reacting to recent revelations made by his ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood. Evan has been documenting her domestic abuse from an un-named exboyfriend while fighting to change California domestic violence laws. There’s little doubt who that boyfriend WAS. Manson, then 36, was still married to Dita Von Teese when he started seeing 18 year old Evan. Evan admitted she was thrilled by the attention from an older and very successful man. She said this man turned out to be not only powerful and charismatic, but sadistic. She suffered “death threats, brainwashing, humiliation, rape, torture, and shame.” When they finally split, it took years of therapy for her to rebuild her life. Now she wants to help other women. We think she WILL name Marilyn as her abuser.
