MEGHAN MARKLE IS INSPIRED BY GWYNETH PALTROW

We previously reported that Meghan Markle was launching her own oddly named brand, American Riviera Orchard, to sell products online that capture the essence of her new hometown of Montecito. Although Meghan has quickly adapted to the Montecito lifestyle since relocating there with her husband Prince Harry, she wasn’t born and raised in the ritzy oceanfront community. She grew up in the working class L.A. suburb of Canoga Park. However, Meghan isn’t content with just an online presence – our source says she’s working with a commercial realtor in the area to open a brick and mortar store. Meghan feels having an actual store (or a few) will strengthen her brand. She got the idea from Gwyneth Paltrow, whose successful online brand, Goop, has several stores, including one in Montecito. Meghan is looking to open her store in the EXACT same area where the Goop store is located.

Alec Baldwin Billie Eilish Choir Divorce Meghan Markle Teacher Trial

HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW

Alec Baldwin recently filed a motion to dismiss the charges he’s facing in the 2021 shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, but here’s what we know. Behind closed doors Alec’s legal team is hoping to negotiate a plea deal involving no jail time, a clear record, community service and a HUGE donation. Alec is concerned that a jury found armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed guilty in the case, so he’s secretly done a 180 and instructed his high-priced lawyers to make a deal!

Last Sunday Billie Eilish named dropped her former choir teacher, Mandy Bringham, when she won her second Oscar for Best Original Song for What Was I Made For, from the Barbie movie. Other media outlets tracked down the teacher but only WE will tell you that Billie personally reached out to Mandy days after the historic win, and the two are getting together in the near future. Our source says Billie plans to offer Mandy a job on her team as, what else, a vocal coach.

For reality TV fans, the buzz this week was the final reunion episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the current state of OG star, Kyle Richard’s marriage to estranged husband Maurico Umansky. We can tell you this tidbit: Despite Kyle not revealing many deets on the reunion, our well placed source says that marriage is kaput and a very friendly divorce is being negotiated. If there’s any divorce drama it will only be manufactured for next season of RHOBH, but the soon-to-be exes have already decided who gets what and may plan to live together as friends for a bit until their youngest daughter Portia turns 18 in two years.

Meghan Markle made headlines when she debuted a new website which she eventually will use to hawk merchandise. Way back in November, we told you that Meghan and Harry were looking at wineries to sell their own wine and this latest venture goes along with that. Meghan hopes to be the next Martha Stewart and build an empire based around her kitchen skills, including her own wine as well as olive oils, jams, cookbooks, etc. Our source adds this tidbit you will only read here – Meghan’s Montecito neighbor and good pal Oprah Winfrey is an angel investor in the project.

Meghan Markle is rarely one to pass up a nice glass of Tignanello, the tasty Italian red wine she has favored for years. But that’s exactly what she’s been doing recently- leading observers to question whether she’s pregnant with baby number three! It’s common knowledge in Meghan’s social circles that the pricey wine is her go-to. She’s SUCH a fan she even named her now defunct blog, The Tig. Not only is Meghan avoiding alcohol when with her friends, but lately she’s dressing is looser garments. Of course, this is pure speculation at this point, but what we do know for sure is that she and Prince Harry have been actively trying to expand their family. She confided to a pal that since there is a 2 year age difference between her son Archie,4, and daughter Lilibet,2, she wants to have one more child so they can all be close in age.

Autobiography Book Meghan Markle Shade

WATCH OUT ROYALS! MEGHAN MARKLE IS WRITING A BOOK TOO!

As we previously reported, Meghan Markle is quietly working on her own autobiography after her husband Prince Harry’s tell-all, Spare, became a worldwide best seller. Although Meg has yet to CONFIRM she’s writing this book, my source reveals that not only has she written approximately one-third of the manuscript, but she’s even come up with the title. As of now – and remember this could change – she wants to call the book Shade! The reason? The word used to be derogatory towards blacks, and according to the source, it is also the the word used by someone in the royal family questioning the possible skin tone of Meg and Harry’s then unborn son, Archie. As our source explains, Meghan feels the royals shaded her, so that’s why she chose that as the working title. Plus, Megan liked that Harry’s book had a one word title and she wants to follow in his literary footsteps.

PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN MIGHT POP UP AT THE OSCARS

Will they or won’t they? That’s the question Hollywood insiders are asking themselves now that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are secretly being wooed to become presenters at the upcoming Academy Awards! Now that they’ve gone Hollywood, the former royal couple have been offered a chance to present an Oscar at the upcoming ceremony. The invite is being kept a secret since they haven’t agreed to appear, but our knowledgable source reveals it could very well happen since the pair are already planning to attend the coveted after parties, including the ones hosted by Vanity Fair and Netflix. The details are still being sorted out, but if they agree the plan is for them to present either the award for best foreign film or best documentary.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are following in the footsteps of former couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt – no they’re NOT getting divorced, they’re launching their own wine. As we all know, Santa Barbara County where Harry and Meg live, is home to some respectable wineries. Like many celebrities, the former royals are hoping to get in on the growing industry. My source says that Meg and Harry are scouring the area looking for the ideal land to grow grapes – ideally something with small slopes which are preferred for vines. If things go according to plan, they’d like to be up and running next year. They’re already designing bottles and labels, and tossing around possible names… Any suggestions?

KIM KARDASHIAN’S CHOICE: IVANKA OR MEGHAN?

Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party at Funke in Beverly Hills on October 20 was noteworthy for one guest who showed up and one guest who DIDN’T. My Kardashian source revealed that Kim is helping Ivanka Trump get back in good graces with celebrities after committing social suicide by sticking with her unpopular father, Donald Trump. As we told you awhile back, Ivanka is eager to regain her social status and grateful that Kim is helping her. Kim also is trying to kiss up to Meghan Markle and invited HER to the birthday bash, but once Meghan found out Ivanka was attending, she politely declined. Our source says that Meghan’s dislike of Donald was enough to keep her away from Ivanka and might threaten her friendship with Kim and the other Kardashians.

Meghan Markle Prince Harry Real Estate

MEGHAN AND HARRY ARE STILL SHOPPING FOR REAL ESTATE

We were first to tell you that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were real estate shopping in Malibu (TMZ reported it months later) and now we will be the first to give you an update. Meg and Harry have decided to keep their Montecito compound instead of relocating to Malibu, but they’re now looking at condos in the most LUXURIOUS and high security buildings in Los Angeles. This includes the residences at The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and The Pendry residences on the Sunset Strip. Both properties are adjacent to 5 star hotels so residences get all those delicious hotel amenities (like 24 hr room service, concierge and laundry.) The sociable couple are looking for a pied a terre where they can rest their heads after nights out in Los Angeles, and their budget is around $10 million.
