RON DESANTIS TWITTER FIASCO: ACCIDENT OR SABOTAGE?

Another political piece of gossip that’s just too juicy not to share! Was it sabotage? That’s what some insiders working on Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign are wondering after his disastrous kick-off on Twitter. Ron teamed up with Twitter boss Elon Musk to officially announce his run for the White House, but his live stream was delayed and riddled with glitches. It was SO bad that it’s already being labeled the most disastrous presidential campaign launch in history! Some connected to the campaign are wondering if Elon sabotaged the stream to make Ron look like a bumbling idiot. Just hours after the debacle campaign, insiders began to question whether Elon did this because he doesn’t support Ron’s fight with Disney or his ridiculous ban on books. These speculations will likely remain just that, but for now the campaign is steering clear of any more Twitter streams.

JAMES WOODS HAS FANS IN HIGH PLACES

For some reason, we CRINGED when we learned that actor James Woods was seen the other day at a Simi Valley gun store called Gretas’s Guns, buying a new gun. You might remember, it was only around a year ago that Woods slammed Alyssa Milano on Twitter because she wrote that she was worried about “gun hoarding” during the pandemic and she believes that 90% of Americans want stricter gun laws. He mocked her and advised her to “buy more ammo!” Woods’ conspiracy theorizing got him banned from Twitter for awhile and Donald Trump actually complained. The mental picture of James Woods with a gun is not comforting…

Apology Bullying Chrissy Teigen Courtney Stodden Twitter

A CLOSER LOOK AT THE CHRISSY TEIGEN-COURTNEY STODDEN SITUATION

How refreshing it was to hear Chrissy Teigen’s open apology and admission of guilt to the nasty bullying charges made against her by Courtney Stodden. It’s not often you hear an accused party totally admit to guilt and apologize profusely. Chrissy admitted she was “an attention-seeking troll “ ten years ago when she attacked Stodden on Twitter. She went on to say “I’m ashamed and mortified and sad at who I used to be” It was a nice apology, but was it driven by fear of what Chrissy might LOSE if she did not handle this delicate situation correctly? She does have books, various TV cooking projects, a modeling career and a Target deal that theoretically COULD be jeopardized by the present cancel culture. Keep in mind, Courtney Stodden is not a very sympathetic character- she WAS 16 when she married a 51 year old man ten years ago, but observers weren’t sympathetic because she dressed like a stripper. However, Chrissy’s tweets WERE inexcusable. We hope she really DID learn her lesson.

MICAH NELSON: NOT JOINING TWITTER CAN BE A HEADACHE TOO!

Willie Nelson’s son Micah Nelson is a successful singer in his own right, but has thus far resisted the urge to join Twitter. Some creep with bad intentions took advantage of the situation and opened a Twitter account in Micah’s name. He proceeded to contact and befriend fans of Willie Nelson. He chatted about his own music and invited one female fan to a performance HE had scheduled in Denver, implying his father might make an appearance. Then he asked the fan for her bank information so he could generously send her money by direct deposit to pay for “a first class plane ticket to Denver” for the show! She was no fool, and the fan not only recognized the scam and turned him DOWN, but reported him to Twitter and his fake account was closed. The real Micah Nelson and his father were both grateful.

SACHA BARON COHEN HAS THE LAST TWEET

Sacha Baron Cohen’s new Amazon movie Borat Subsequent Movie Film infuriated Donald Trump who tweeted, calling Sacha “a creep who tried to scam me!” Sacha tweeted a thank you to the President for the free publicity and offered him a job, indicating that he was “always looking for people to play racist buffoons in his films -and “you’ll need a job after January 20!” Yesterday Sacha rescinded the offer, tweeting “I know I offered you a job- but your performance this past week (Twitter flagged Trump for false information) was so tragic that I take back the offer!” Sacha can next be seen in The Trial of the Chicago 7.

When the Twilight movies were released, Kristen Stewart was horrified by the level of her popularity. Adoring fans were everywhere and they couldn’t keep their hands off her. She struggled to stay OUT of the limelight. So she must have been just a LITTLE surprised when it was announced that she would star as Princess Diana in a new film called Spencer. Twitter blew up with complaints and insults like “Are the casting people deaf and blind?” and “Melissa McCarthy would be a better choice!” and so on and so on…

LOOK WHO’S TALKING: KIRSTIE ALLEY SAYS PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS CAUSED VEGAS MASSACRE

If only Kirstie Alley would wise up about Scientology like Leah Remini did. We really want to like Kirstie. The Scream Queens actress certainly didn’t make any friends when she started tweeting after the Las Vegas massacre that psychiatric drugs – not necessarily guns – caused the whole thing to happen. She pointed out that violence and suicide are common side effects of anti-anxiety drugs. Of course Scientologists have an inexplicable hatred of psychiatrists and the drugs they prescribe, and blame them for many of the world’s problems. Sadly, Kirstie’s tweets reveal that she is still a slave to Scientology and might never change. She did get a powerful backlash to her remarks and dropped the subject for now.

Seems like everyone is checking out before the Trumpacolypse.” She’s been slammed right and left by people just LOOKING for something to complain about. They make themselves feel superior by attempting to SHAME Lisa for her innocent comment. Nothing about that tweet was insulting to the late Alan Thicke’s memory – it was an amusing remark against Donald Trump. Has everybody lost their MINDS? We LOVE that Lisa (justifiably) refused to apologize or take back her words- instead she stands up to the bullies and RETWEETS THE INSULTS she gets! She’s our new HERO!

Hilary Duff, 26, was most likely bummed when she and her husband Mike Comrie split in January after only 4 years – they have a two year old son Luca. Just when she’s feeling down in the dumps, an old boyfriend has resurfaced and he’s trying to woo her back. Hilary and singer Aaron Carter were teenage sweethearts until Lindsay Lohan reportedly broke them up in the early 2000s. Aaron has been tweeting that Hilary was the “love of his life” and he’s very openly trying for a second chance. Since Aaron, 26, filed for bankruptcy last year, we’re guessing Hilary won’t be running back into his arms anytime soon.
